1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Lifestyle PA services by Jo Lawson – Lifestyle PA (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide lifestyle personal assistant services such as (examples: diary management, travel booking, event organisation, household administration, concierge services).

The specific services to be provided will be agreed in writing before work commences.

We do not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any service requiring professional accreditation unless explicitly agreed.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed with you in advance following discussion of your requirements.

Invoices will be issued in accordance with the agreed payment terms, as outlined upon confirmation of the contract.

Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

Any third-party costs (e.g., flights, event tickets, purchases) must be paid by you directly or reimbursed to us in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to allow us to perform services.

You remain responsible for all decisions made based on our assistance.

You must not request services that are unlawful, unsafe, or unethical.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or with your consent.

You agree not to share our confidential materials or business processes with third parties without permission.
6. Liability
-
We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or service providers.

7. Cancellations & Termination

Ad Hoc / One-Off Services: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full fee for the scheduled service.

Ongoing / Retainer Services: Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by giving 4 weeks’ written notice. During the notice period, services will continue as usual, and all outstanding invoices must be settled in full.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or requests for unlawful or unsafe services.

8. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Acceptance
